Terms & Conditions of Carriage

Nayantara Shipping Private Limited’s website, www.nayantarashipping.com is offered to the customers on an express condition of acceptance of these terms hereof. These terms shall constitute a valid binding contract between us and the customer availing our services through any permitted means for carriage by water and ancillary matters thereof.
In the event, you do not wish to be bound by the terms, then you are requested to exit our website immediately and contact us regarding your query.


The company undertakes no liability in case of cancellation of trips due to breakdown or for reasons beyond the control of the management. However proportionate refund of fare will be allowed in case no alternate arrangement is made.

Management is not responsible for your luggage/baggage.

No refund is permissible for cancellation of tickets which have been postponed/preponed. Cash coupons will not be issued in this case as well.

If the age of the child is 4 years or More than 4 years Full ticket need to purchase.

Customers are solely responsible for carriage of their handbag / personal belongings Nayantara Shipping Private Limited will not be liable for any loss/damage of their hand baggage / personal belongings.

Nayantara Shipping Private Limited shall have no liability whatsoever for damage to articles not permitted to be contained in Baggage as per the provisions of the Conditions of Carriage (including, without limitation, fragile or perishable items, items having a special value, such as money, jewellery, precious metals, computers, personal electronic devices, negotiable papers, camera, TV, securities, or other valuables, business documents, passports and other identification documents).

Passengers should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs, liquor, smuggled goods, cartons and any other articles that are prohibited under law. Nayantara Shipping Private Limited reserves the right to disallow any excess baggage carried by the passengers.

The arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. Boats may be delayed due to some unavoidable reasons.

Changes to the origin and/or destination of travel and customer name changes are not permitted. Changes to date or time can be made to your booking if you notify us at least 12 day prior to the scheduled departure time by calling our Customer Service on +91 91376 41014

Pets and Animals allowed On the boats Only On Selected Routes

Passengers disturbing the co-passengers can be blacklisted and not allowed to travel in future.

Consuming alcohol is strictly prohibited.

In case of open tickets, the fare prevailing at the time of confirmation of journey will be charged.

Seats will Be Confirmed Only after Successful Payment. (Depending Upon Seat Availability)

The passenger should carry the same identity card while travelling. If not they will be treated as travelling without a ticket.

Tickets can be refunded 50% up to 4 hrs of scheduled departure time only.

No refund possible for Corporate Bookings.

Every Passenger is insured with insurance of 5,00,000/- Rs in case of accident.
